At Davis Custom 3D Prints we are a family run small business founded in 2024, based in Orewa, Auckland (NZ). Passionate about 3D printing and design, our specialised products, including custom power tool attachments and jigs, model ships, knitting accessories and cookies cutter/stamps. Our mission is to provide high-quality, personalised solutions unique to each customers needs.

We use only top quality, reputable filament from our NZ-based suppliers - predominantly the highly reputable eSun PLA+, PETG and TPU.

We can create and manufacture unique parts for your business or hobbies.

We take pride in our local craftsmanship, ensuring that every item we produce is made with precision and care.

Material We Use

PLA+

PLA+, often marketed as PLA Plus is a modified version of Polylactic Acid (PLA) filament, enhanced with additives to improves its mechanical properties, such as strength, impact resistance an durability, making it suitable for functional parts and tools.

PETG

PETG, or polyethylene terephthalate glycol, is a thermoplastic polyester known for its strength, durability, chemical resistance and formability,  making it suitable for various applications like 3D printing, food containers, and packaging.

TPU

TPU stands for thermoplastic polyurethane, a versatile material that combines the properties of both plastic and rubber, offering flexibility, durability, and resistance to abrasion and chemicals
