Davis Custom 3D Prints specialise in personalised power tool items, wall mounts, knitting items, cookie cutters and fondant stamps. Additionally, we provide custom designs and personalisation of items.

How can I customise my order?

Customisation options are available for all our products. Customers can specify their desired designs, colours, and any specific features they would like to incorporate. Instructions for customisation can be found on the product pages or by contacting us directly.

What materials are used in your products?

Our products are crafted using high-quality 3D printing materials, primarily PLA and PETG plastics. These materials are chosen for their durability, strength, and ability to withstand the rigors of job site environments.

How do I ensure compatibility with my tools?

To ensure compatibility, we recommend checking the specifications of your power tools against the product descriptions provided on our website. Each product listing includes  information about compatibility with specific models.

What is the typical processing and shipping time for orders?

Processing times for orders typically range from 2 to 5 business days, depending on the complexity of the customization. Once processed, shipping times vary based on the selected shipping method, with NZ shipping we use Pass The Parcel couriers and the items are delivered between 2-4 business days.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, customers are encouraged to contact us within 14 days of receiving the product for assistance.
We will not accept returns after 14 days of receiving the product.

Are your products environmentally friendly?

We are committed to sustainability and use eco-friendly materials whenever possible.
We recycle our shipping materials where possible whilst ensuring your item is packaged safely. Our 3D printing process minimizes waste, and we encourage recycling of our products at the end of their lifecycle.

How do I clean my cookie cutters stamps?

We recommend using dish soap and lukewarm water. Using boiling water or placing them in the dishwasher may cause the product to deform.
